Step 1. WSA WAIVER FORM

RENEWING and NEW members please print out and read WSA's Safety Instructions and
Etiquette
. Sailing Memberships should then print out and complete the Waiver Form and submit
it to the Membership Chairperson at a WSA General Meeting
or mail it to WSA:

Step 2. WSA MEMBERSHIP FORM

Complete the WSA Membership form below (please be patient, it may take a moment for the
form to completely load) and then click SUBMIT to transmit your information to WSA. You will be
redirected to a screen for payment of your WSA membership dues using Paypal or a major
credit card via PayPal.


Complete ALL required fields denoted by an asterisk(*). If an error message appears at the
bottom of the form, click the "X" inside the box to the right of the message. Then complete
ALL
required fields and click SUBMIT.

Membership is
NOT valid until both completed forms AND payment are received
