WSA Membership by Mail

Membership is NOT valid until both completed forms AND payment are received.

1. COMPLETE MEMBERSHIP AND WAIVER FORMS
RENEWING and NEW members, please print out and read WSA's Safety Instructions and
Etiquette. Then print out and complete the 2012 Membership Form and Waiver Form.

2. PAY BY CHECK
Include the membership and waiver forms with your mailed check. (Address below - Sorry,
payment CANNOT be accepted at a WSA General Meeting)

MEMBERSHIP OVERVIEW

SKIPPERS AND SPOUSES/DOMESTIC PARTNERS
Only the skipper must pay dues for a Sailing Membership, but both persons must still complete a membership
form and signed waiver form and then mail forms and the skipper's check to WSA.

RENEWING MEMBERS
$100 Sailing Membership (Sailing Membership is required to participate in day sails and cruises)
$75 General Membership
Members and Skippers renewing on or before the February WSA General Meeting receive a $10 discount off
the regular $100 Sailing Membership.

NEW MEMBERS
$90 Sailing Membership (Sailing Membership is required to participate in day sails and cruises)
$75 General Membership
After June 30, 2012, dues for NEW members are only $50 for the remainder of the year.

Make a check payable to WSA SMB in the appropriate dues amount shown above. Then
mail your check along with your completed membership form and signed waiver to WSA:
